How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days but in some cases your order may take longer to arrive due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

 

I Have Ordered The Wrong Item, Can I Correct My Order?

If you would like to change your order, please email us at info@fashionmochi.com with your order number and request an order change or cancellation. Please note, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

 

How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@fashionmochi.com with your order number and a cancellation request immediately. Order cancellation requests need to be made as soon as possible as some orders may be shipped on the same day. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

 

I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address, Can I Change This?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. To avoid this happening, please double check all information entered before proceeding. If your order has not been shipped, email us at info@fashionmochi.com with your updated shipping address and we will correct your shipping information. Please note, we cannot redirect or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

 

I Have Received My Tracking Number But It Is Not Updating, Can You Look Into This For Me?

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update. If it has been more than 48 hours and it is still not showing shipping updates, please email us at info@fashionmochi.com with your order number and we will try our best to fix this. You can visit Track Order to see your shipping updates.

 

Does Fashionmochi Accept Refunds?

If your order has NOT been processed and shipped, then you can request a refund. However, once we have shipped your order, we cannot cancel or refund your order. If you have received your order and it is damaged, we are more than happy to send a replacement free of charge. Please email us at info@fashionmochi.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your issue. We will try and get back to every customer within 24 hours.

 

Does Fashionmochi Accept Returns?

We are currently not accepting any returned items. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. If you have received your order and it is damaged, we are more than happy to send a replacement free of charge.
